Responsibilities:
- Represent and advise clients on labor and employment law matters, including litigation, arbitration, and compliance issues.
- Draft and review employment policies, agreements, and handbooks.
- Handle workplace investigations and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Manage cases, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Stay current on labor and employment law developments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of labor and employment law experience, with a focus on litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.
