Summary: This Global Law Firm is looking to expand out their Charlotte office by bringing on talented Corporate Transactional Attorney. This exciting opportunity is a chance to join an AMLAW #100 firm and work with top legal talent in the area. The ideal Corporate Transactional Attorney candidate is someone who hasexperience with Corporate Law including but not limited to M&A, Tax Law, Commercial Real Estate, Trust and Estates, and Private Wealth.
Corporate Transactional Attorney Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including but not limited to purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
- Advise clients on compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and assist with transaction structuring.
- Business development and continued success for the firm.
Corporate Transactional Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in North Carolina.
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Transactional law.
- An active and portable book of business.
