A Global Energy Infrastructure Business is currently seeking a Junior Paralegal to join their fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Firm is focused on building and financing AI data centers and energy infrastructure for companies such as Meta, Google, and OpenAI. Partnered with a leading asset manager, they are positioned to become a leading player in the fast-growing energy and date infrastructure market.
This Junior Paralegal will be directly supporting their legal and deal teams and working closely with Senior Leadership. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate transactions, infrastructure financing, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, and transaction agreements
- Assisting in drafting and maintaining templates for key legal documents
- Support closing processes for transactions, including managing signature pages and closing binders
- Manage document control and assist in maintaining corporate records and compliance filings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, or corporate legal department
- Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
