Salary: $135,000 - $185,000

The ideal litigation candidate is has experience handling complex litigation matters and will be responsible for representing clients in various civil and commercial disputes. They are looking for an individual to help strategically grow their legal department.
Junior/Mid-Level Litigation Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in variety of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and business disputes.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
- Business Development and Client Management
Junior/Mid-Level Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law Connecticut
- 1+ years of experience
- Legal experience, litigation experience preferred
- Clerkship experience preferred
