Summary: A distinguished law firm located in the heart of Houston known for providing high-quality legal services in various practice areas, including business law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney is someone with an understanding of complex commercial matters such as contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property, and shareholder disputes.
Complex Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and other case-related documents.
- Manage diverse caseload, coordinating all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, research, and discovery.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and outside experts to achieve favorable outcomes.
Complex Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar (or ability to gain admission within a reasonable time frame)
- 3+ years of experience
- Clerkship experience is preferred
