Litigation Associate
We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a mid-level attorney to join their litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience. Candidates for this role can sit out of Los Angeles or San Diego.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, and depositions
- Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
- Active California Bar license
- Proven trial preparation and courtroom experience
- Experience with e-discovery software
- Holds JD from an accredited university
