Insurance Attorney
We are partnered with a national client seeking an experienced Insurance Attorney to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of federal court litigation experience and experience in areas including insurance defense, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability, and/or general liability. This a hybrid position with an expectation of being in the office 3 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Represent insurers in complex coverage disputes in both federal and state courts
- Evaluate insurance coverage claims in the areas of crime and professional liability insurance
- Take and defend depositions, as well as manage hearings
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of federal court litigation experience
- Experience with insurance defense, product liability, professional liability, general liability, or similar lines of practice
- JD from an accredited university with strong academic skills
- Active TX bar license
