Legal Counsel - Hedge Fund
My client is a Hedge Fund and we are recruiting for a legal counsel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating and revieiwing of legal documents
Advise on fund structuring and manage legal aspects of fund formation, including drafting and negotiating core documentation.
Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant global regulatory regimes and support regulatory filings and interactions.
Provide legal support on fund investments, including reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation.
Advise on fund governance matters, conflicts of interest, and broader legal risk management.
Partner with internal teams to provide legal guidance across fund-related activities.
Manage and negotiate contracts with external service providers such as administrators, custodians, and auditors.
