We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regulatory Generalist to join the team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling multiple responsibilities. The Regulatory Generalist will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing employment contracts, and supporting various legal functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Work alongside physicians and doctors on corporate practice issues.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts for staff across 23 states.
  • Provide legal support across various functions, including regulatory, employment, and contract management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address legal and regulatory issues promptly and effectively.
  • Act as a problem-solver and crisis manager, addressing urgent legal matters as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with 2+ in house practicing health law
  • Proven experience in healthcare regulatory compliance and employment law.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and generalist legal duties.
