Contract Manager - Japan
We have a current opportunity for a Contract Manager on a permanent basis with a MNC in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Follow contract methodologies, review and develop strategies considering risk, pricing, scope, and schedule.
- Execution and Compliance: Ensure accurate execution, verify obligations, document deficiencies, and defend Hitachi's interests with Legal support.
- Support and Risk Management: Draft and review contracts, seek Legal advice, implement risk plans, and ensure compliance with insurance and export control regulations.
Key Requirements:
- High fluency in Japanese and English a must.
- At least 5 years' experience in Contract Management.
- Open to other industry but manufacturing, construction, EPC, Energy related industry will be nice.
- Experienced with contract negotiation
