My client is an asset management firm and they are looking to expand their team with a Compliance Manager.
R&R:
- Oversee the compliance function, and the necessary end-to-end compliance matters
- Covering the regulatory areas of the company, working and handling all communications with regulators
- Ensuring full compliance under the relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain the Risk Management Frameworks
- Develop and update policies in accordance to regulatory standards
- Conduct compliance training for staff on compliance standards
