Regulatory Pricing Manager

We have a current opportunity for a Regulatory Rate Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Washington DC and works on a hybrid schedule. For further information about this position please apply.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of equivalent experience if no degree is held.
  • Proven experience in overseeing and directing the work of other team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional skills in analysis and organization, with proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative, functional, and direct supervisory duties, typically managing a small team or project.
  • Serve as the primary expert on retail electric service tariffs, charges, rules, policies, and contracts within the Retail Rate department.
  • Engage with and influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers, other departments, customers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective and diplomatic communication.
  • Handle a wide range of diverse and complex tasks with a degree of autonomy, while adhering to company policies and procedures, with occasional oversight.
