Advice & Counsel Employment Attorney
Our client, a nationally recognized labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with at least 7 years of experience in employment law to join their Southern California offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for providing strategic advice and counsel to employers.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise employers on day-to-day employment law matters
Draft and review employment policies and handbooks
Counsel on ADA, FMLA, and other leave issues
Draft employment agreements and related documents
Conduct internal workplace investigations
Provide management and employee training on employment law topics
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of employment law experience, with a focus on advice & counsel
Admission to the California Bar
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing/analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
Additional Details:
Locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, or San Diego (hybrid/flexible arrangements may be discussed)
Compensation: Starting at $260,000/year (actual salary based on experience and qualifications)
