Commercial Litigation Attorney
Job Description: As a Commercial Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters. You will work closely with clients, providing strategic legal advice and representing them in various legal proceedings. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial disputes.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
