A reputable client has an immediate opening in their Atlanta office for a Corporate M&A Attorney with three to eight years of experience preferred. The candidate will have a general corporate background, with significant experience in M&A, private equity is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, including:
- Entity formation and governance documents
- Operating agreements
- Merger and acquisition documents
- Private equity and venture capital financing documents
- Compliance documents
- Supply and other complex commercial agreements
- Extensive client contact and interaction
- Represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions
- Work in a team environment with multiple corporate attorneys
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the Georgia state bar.
- 3-8 years of experience in Corporate M&A law
