About the Role
The Real Estate Manager will be instrumental in managing late-stage title and survey matters, ensuring all real estate is prepared for financings. This role demands a strong background in real estate and financing within the renewable energy space. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project financing, conduct comprehensive reviews of title commitments, surveys, and related documents, and resolve any title issues or discrepancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve late-stage title and survey matters for utility-scale solar and storage projects.
- Ensure all real estate documentation is complete and accurate for financing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project financing.
- Conduct thorough reviews of title commitments, surveys, and related documents.
- Address and resolve any title issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and other relevant parties.
- Maintain organized records of all real estate transactions and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance on real estate matters to the legal team and other departments.
- Review and analyze title insurance policies to ensure coverage aligns with project requirements.
- Prepare and manage title objection letters and responses.
- Oversee the resolution of encumbrances, easements, and other title-related issues.
- Verify legal descriptions and ensure accuracy in all survey documents.
- Facilitate the correction of survey errors and omissions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing real estate matters in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of title and survey processes.
