Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of employee benefits matters.
- Handle issues related to ERISA, retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.
- Work directly with clients to develop and manage benefits strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- ERISA Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
- Benefits Plan Expertise: Experience with retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans.
- Legal Proficiency: Ability to provide accurate legal advice and compliance strategies
- 4-10 years of experience in within employee benefits law
- Strong oral, written communication, and strong academic background
