What You'll Do:
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
Provide insurance coverage advice to clients on a variety of subjects
Handle discovery and pretrial motions in coverage litigation matters
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
What We're Looking For:
JD
Admitted to practice in the state of California
3+ years of defense litigation experience
1+ year of experience in coverage litigation
