Commercial Litigation Attorney
Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their sunny Los Angeles office! The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience, with a strong background in all stages of complex commercial litigation. This includes conducting preliminary investigations, responding to discovery requests, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, drafting dispositive motions for both state and federal courts, and maintaining extensive client communication.
The successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a commitment to community involvement, and superior interpersonal skills. They should demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and clearly articulate legal strategies and actions.

In accordance with state laws, the salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $225,000 to $255,000, based on qualifications and experience. Associates are also eligible for performance and client development bonuses.
