Responsibilities
Lead and manage the compliance program for the US renewable energy assets, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (FERC, NERC, SERC, CAISO, MISO, ERCOT).
Oversee operational, maintenance, and regulatory contractors, including financial management and reporting.
Provide regulatory guidance across the portfolio, staying updated on regulatory changes and ensuring timely compliance adjustments.
Report compliance performance to senior management and collaborate closely with legal and development teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of compliance experinece
- In depth knowledge of FERC, NERC, ERCOT, and IESO stanards.
- Knowledge of renewable power systems.
- Project Management expereince
