They are currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their dynamic team and contribute to their growing practice.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, and other general corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing due diligence teams, coordinating specialists, and drafting transaction documents. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on complex, high-stakes transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage due diligence teams in M&A transactions and other corporate matters
Coordinate with specialists and clients to ensure the smooth execution of transactions
Draft and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements and ancillary agreements
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on corporate governance, structuring, and other commercial matters
Manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide high-quality legal advice
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and general corporate matters
Proven experience leading due diligence teams and drafting transaction documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong academic credentials and a track record of success in corporate law
Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and efficiently
