They are currently seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join their dynamic team and contribute to their growing practice.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an associate with 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers & acquisitions, and other general corporate and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing due diligence teams, coordinating specialists, and drafting transaction documents. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on complex, high-stakes transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage due diligence teams in M&A transactions and other corporate matters

  • Coordinate with specialists and clients to ensure the smooth execution of transactions

  • Draft and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements and ancillary agreements

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on corporate governance, structuring, and other commercial matters

  • Manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide high-quality legal advice

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and general corporate matters

  • Proven experience leading due diligence teams and drafting transaction documents

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong academic credentials and a track record of success in corporate law

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments independently and efficiently
