Job Title: Business Litigation Associate
Salary: $180,000 - $225,000

Business Litigation Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and other case-related materials.
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload, overseeing all aspects of litigation, from trial preparation to discovery and legal research.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and external experts to strategize and executive effective legal solutions.
Business Litigation Qualifications:
- Graduate from a Top 50 law school.
- Admission to the California Bar
- At least 1 year of experience (clerkship experience is preferred)
