Corporate Paralegal
We are currently partnered with an independent Supply Chain Management Company that serves a restaurant system of over 7,000 locations. The company's purchase volume is over $3 billion, leveraging this buying power for essentials inlcuding food, packaging, equipment, and other items.
They are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to provide support to their Legal Department. This role requires a high attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilties:
- Prepare legal documents and draft preliminary drafting for NDAs, Supply Chain Agreements, T&C's, and other corporate agreements
- Prepare materials for Board Meetings
- Serve as Corporate Secretary
- Conduct legal research under the guidance of the Legal Department
- Interact with suppliers and members of external parties
- Maintain Legal Governance and Department Planning calendar
- Faciliate DocuSign execution
- Maintain Company's IP Portfolio
- Support litigation matters and coordianate with outside counsel
Qualifications:
- Notary Public
- Ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines
- Strong oral and written communcation skills
