Salary: $225,000 - $435,000

Corporate Transactional Attorney Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice on venture capital financings (both early and late-stage), mergers and acquisitions, and public/private offerings.
- Manage substantial components of transactions independently, while collaborating with senior attorneys and clients to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing practical and insightful legal counsel.
Corporate Transactional Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience within a law firm setting, preferably with a focus on corporate law, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience with technology companies is required.
- Bar admission and in good standing with the state of New York.
