Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Proficient in drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Experienced in drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions
- Significant experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but we welcome talented attorneys from other litigation backgrounds
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Must be admitted to practice law in California
