We are partnered with a national client searching for a dynamic and experienced employment law attorney to join their team as a Global Employment Special Counsel. This unique role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and creative legal professional eager to guide multinational companies in navigating their labor and employment challenges globally. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of international employment issues affecting global workforces.
- Collaborate with clients of all sizes to address their employment needs in the US and internationally.
- Help organizations craft global codes of conduct, employment handbooks, and policies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with global companies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and a valid license to practice law in your respective U.S. location, in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. labor and employment law, with in-house experience a plus.
- Experience working with cross-border and international employment laws, specifically EMEA and APAC.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
