Overview: A global client is seeking an experienced mid-level to senior Labor Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in labor law. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on labor relations matters, including but not limited to labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.
- Assume a leadership role in client interactions, governmental agency communications, and negotiations with opposing counsel.
- Deliver high-quality written work and analytical insights to contribute to a respectful and collaborative office environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in state you reside and in good standing.
- Minimum 6 years of experience practicing labor law, with a strong background in advising clients on labor relations.
- Demonstrated ability to excel academically; outstanding academic credentials preferred.
- Proven track record of excellent written and analytical skills.
