Job Title: Legal Counsel (Civil Litigation)

Position Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced In-House Legal Counsels with substantial experience in civil litigation. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in private practice and a proven track record of handling complex civil cases. Experience with international clients and cases is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support on civil litigation matters.
- Represent the company in court proceedings and manage all aspects of litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and manage relationships with law firms.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
- Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the bar in Korea.
- Proven experience with international clients and cases.
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
