IT Contracts Manager
Job Summary: We are partnered with a well established Health System who is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager/Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and analyzing IT and technology contracts, and have worked within a healthcare organization. This role involves negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing IT and technology contracts.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, particularly those specific to the healthcare industry.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, ensuring that all agreements protect the organization's interests.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, legal, procurement, and healthcare departments, to understand their needs and provide contract-related support.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
- Data Analysis: Analyze contract performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on contract management best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional Contracts Manager) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on IT and technology contracts. Experience in a healthcare organization is highly preferred.
