ODI Reporting Specialist (Hong Kong or India Based)
CLIENT BACKGROUND
We are a leading global financial services firm with a strong presence in Asia. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ODI Reporting Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing ODI reporting for our Hong Kong entities conducting business in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ODI reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage ODI reporting for Hong Kong entities engaging in business activities in India.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the existing team in India to streamline reporting processes and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory authorities.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Provide expertise and guidance on ODI reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ODI reporting or a related compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of ODI regulations and reporting requirements.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities in Hong Kong and India.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
