Litigation Paralegal
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Assist in managing discovery, including organizing and reviewing documents.
Prepare case files and maintain case records in an organized manner.
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
Coordinate with clients, experts, and other parties involved in the case.
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in litigation support.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
