Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site)
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (Base)

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, assisting with regulatory work, audits, and examinations in a growing, high-impact organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with senior leadership, including the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Support regulatory examinations, audits, and ensure ongoing adherence to industry standards.
Focus on compliance issues related to consumer lending, particularly BSA/AML and KYC requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
Keep up-to-date with evolving laws and regulations in the consumer lending space to ensure the company remains compliant.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the consumer lending industry.
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and other key compliance areas in consumer lending.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
