Responsibilities
Advise executive leadership on key accountability issues, resource prioritization, and strategic organizational interactions.
Inspire and guide teams by fostering strong communication and motivation to support company-wide objectives.
Lead the Regulatory and Market Affairs team by promoting staff development, ensuring high performance, and contributing positively to company culture.
Oversee regulatory and market advocacy efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving market rate strategies and policies.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in rate or regulatory policy, market and resource planning, compliance, or electric utility/independent power producer operations.
- Preferably 5 years of progressive experience in people management.
- Familiarity with SPP and ERCOT guiding documents is essential.
