A prestigious client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated corporate attorney to join its dynamic New York office. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of experience in handling complex private equity, leveraged buyout M&A transactions, and general corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts and mergers & acquisitions.

• Provide strategic legal advice on general corporate matters to clients.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.

• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for M&A transactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting private equity and M&A transactions.

• Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active admission to New York state bar.

• Large law firm experience.

• Stellar academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

• Energy sector experience is preferred but not required.
