In-House Counsel
A global manufacturer seeking to hire in-house counsel to lead transactional matters as well as handle regulatory, litigation, and intellectual property (IP) matters. This role offers high visibility and will provides the opportunity to support various legal issues, broadening your practice and serving as the first point of contact for various matters.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle transactional matters, including:
- IT contracts (SaaS, Data Processing, Cybersecurity)
- Vendor, distributor, agent, consulting, and contractor agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Commercial real estate transactions (purchase, sale, easements) with assistance from retained outside counsel as needed
- Purchase and sale contracts
- Other transactional matters as assigned
- Support regulatory, litigation, and IP matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Current active license to practice law.
- 5+ years of experience in private practice or corporate legal practice.
