What You'll Do:
- Oversee and manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and representing clients in court, depositions, and mediation.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on a variety of complex legal issues, advising clients on the most effective litigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients, providing legal counsel on case strategy and managing client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of labor & employment experience
- Must be admitted to practice law in PA
