My client is a leading regional F&B firm and we are recruiting for a legal counsel.
Advise on compliance, licenses, and legal matters.
Develop risk strategies and manage IP/trademarks.
Draft/manage contracts, provide legal advice (employment, M&A, franchising).
Oversee litigation and serve as Data Protection Officer.
Provide legal training and manage secretarial services.
Role Requirements
- Candidates must be admitted to the Singapore Bar
- 3 - 5 years of PQE
