Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate law, particularly in securities law advice and capital markets transactions.
- JD from accredited law school
- Superior academics.
Skills
- Specific expertise in securities and capital markets
- Familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance, corporate governance requirements, and debt and equity markets transactions.
- Experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
