A leading NY Health System is looking to bring on a Clinical Contract Specialist to their team. In this position, you will be responsible for the contracting process for the Clinical, IT, and Non-Clinical Corporate Services strategic sourcing teams. You will negotiate equipment purchase/lease/service agreements, product placement agreements, professional service agreements, and other complex commercial agreements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of contracting experience as a Paralegal/Contracts Specialist.
- 3+ years of experience within the Clinical space.
