Labor and Employment Associate
Salary: $265,000-$325,000
Company Summary: One of the largest global law firms in the US is currently seeking a driven, and motivated Labor and Employment Associate to join a nationally recognized team. You will play a key role in handling employment cases exclusively, helping clients with nuanced legal issues. In addition, you will be able to contribute a team that is consistently recognized in the industry as a leading and innovative law practice.
The Labor and Employment Associate Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Work closely with partners, senior associates, and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
The Labor and Employment Associate Qualifications:
- 6+ years of employment litigation experience.
- Must be barred in California.
- Prior law firm experience required.
