Reporting to: Head of Legal and Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive legal due diligence to identify and mitigate risks for the business.
- Draft and update legal policies and documentation to a high standard, developing a clear and thorough legal resources database.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills working with contracts (including ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA) and institutional clients.
- Offer specialized knowledge in structured and derivative products trading in business operations and transactions.
- Provide strong legal analysis for major transactions and new business ventures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of financial markets and products.
- At least 4 years of PQE.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective team player in collaborative work with management and other external legal advisors.
