A highly regarded client is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles or San Diego. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience and an active California Bar license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment.
- Lead trial preparation, including managing files, motion practice, and taking depositions.
- Utilize e-discovery software to manage and process case materials.
- Demonstrate strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues, contributing to case strategies and providing legal counsel.
- Maintain high organizational standards and a solid work ethic while handling complex cases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation practice experience.
- Active California Bar license.
- Experience in trial preparation and courtroom procedures.
- Proficiency in e-discovery tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and advocate.
- Strong academic credentials and a detail-oriented, highly organized approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $160,000 - $175,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
