Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Employment Law
- Juris Doctor from a reputable law school
- Experience at an AM Law 100/200 firm
Responsibilities:
- Respond to administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels
- Handle EEOC charges directly
- Draft compelling position statements and represent clients at hearings and mediations
