Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactions and legal matters. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys, providing legal expertise and strategic counsel to clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence, title examinations, and property assessments to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Represent clients in real estate transactions, including closings and negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal advice.
- Prepare and present legal opinions, memoranda, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Colorado Bar
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate law, with a strong background in transactional and/or litigation matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
