An AMLAW 200 firm is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join their prestigious team. The ideal Employment Litigation candidate will have a strong background in employment law with a passion for litigation. The candidate must be able to work autonomously as they will be the main point of contact for top clients.
Employment Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and other employment-related matters.
- Assist clients in developing best practices for managing workplace risks and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals.
Employment Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the state of residence
- 6+ years of experience in employment law
- Insurance experience is preferred
