Conducting worldwide compliance audits for sales and marketing across many divisions and affiliates is expected from this Senior Auditor role. The audits focus on assessing the effectiveness of the organization's Ethics & Compliance Program. This position is suited for an individual with a strong auditing background and experience in compliance, particularly in the health care sector, who is prepared for significant travel and engaging with senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement in sales and marketing practices in relation to corporate policies, local procedures, industry standards, and regulations.
- Analyze data, document findings, and make recommendations in audit reports.
- Present audit findings to both audit management and divisional/corporate management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree is a plus.
- CPA certification is desirable.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a major public accounting/consulting firm or law firm with expertise in health care compliance, government reimbursement, and sales & marketing compliance for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or nutritional products.
- Experience with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption compliance.
- Knowledge of financial and operational auditing procedures and computer-assisted audit techniques.
