A Global Manufacturing Company is hiring! With nearly $3 Billion is revenue in 2024, my Fortune 500 client is looking to bring on a Manager specializing in Compliance in the Global Trade market. You'd be essential to the business, ensuring the company and employees are in compliance with trade laws and regulations. This role sits fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a newly founded team of 3 employees that supports regional compliance team
- Ensure company is in compliance with trade laws and regulations in different countries across the globe
- Perform trainings for more junior compliance associates
- Provide leadership and expertise on trade matters
Requirements:
- Prior Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree
- 5 years of trade compliance experience
- Ability to work collaboratively, take instruction, and lead a team
