A leading L&E law firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of employment law experience to join their specialized legal team. This is a full-time, fully remote position with flexible location options. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative agency claims and attorney demand letters from initial investigation to resolution.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and administrative agencies to provide case updates and guidance.
  • Prepare detailed response statements to defend clients against claims.
  • Respond to information requests from administrative agencies in a timely manner.
  • Advocate for clients in settlement discussions and participate in remote mediation sessions.
  • Full-time, fully remote role with lower billable hour expectations and no requirement for business travel or client development.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with administrative agency claims at both federal and state levels on the employer's side.
  • At least six years of experience in employment law, including drafting compelling position statements and representing clients in hearings and/or mediations.
  • Excellent time management abilities and capacity to manage competing deadlines
  • Current bar license in the state of residence.
