Labor & Employment Partner
A national client is seeking an Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience and an active Texas Bar license. The team is looking for individuals with a strong interest in labor and employment litigation and advising clients on employment matters.
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in advice and policy preparation
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preference for candidates with portable business or a proven track record of client acquisition
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 annually (based on a full-time schedule)
- Actual compensation influenced by qualifications, experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
