The ideal Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney is someone with an understanding of complex commercial matters such as contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property, and shareholder disputes.
Complex Commercial Litigation Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and other case-related documents.
- Manage diverse caseload, coordinating all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, research, and discovery.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys, clients, and outside experts to achieve favorable outcomes.
Complex Commercial Litigation Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas Bar (or ability to gain admission within a reasonable time frame)
- 3+ years of experience
- Clerkship experience is preferred
